Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Zumo tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund or exchange.
